Objectives

Louise’s e-commerce presence was a trade only site at the beginning of her Digital Zest journey. The retail aspect of her business had been overlooked in terms of a successful e-commerce presence.

The User Experience and User Interaction needed some improvement to match the uniqueness of her brand.

With the introduction of her new e-commerce platform into a single, sleek system, the wholesale and retail sectors had to be structured in such a way so Louise could manage both without increasing her administration time.

For this project, the resulting platform needed to have a superb interface on all gadgets, from desktops to mobile phone screens. This enabled access to and use of Louise’s website by end users who were interested in finding out more and placing orders.

results

For Louise, her remit was complex from the outset, yet we shared her vision.

With successful implementation of her website and her products (which have expanded over the years) the total items sold in 2019 number over 1,140,000.

Louise has continued to develop and consolidate her position in the greeting card sector which is a notoriously competitive area. With over one million products sold in 2019, this increase was phenomenal and can be achieved again.

This was one our major success stories and as such we are proud to be part of Louise’s journey.
